The family board is your outage backup — for when calls and texts jam. Turn on auto check-in and, with any internet even briefly, acapian keeps posting your status and location on its own; your people pull it from your family link (share that in calm times). If everything is down, it posts the moment a connection returns. It runs while this page is open and resumes if you reopen it.

acapian has no counselors who call you back — not yet (see “make human help possible” below). What we can do now: put this in your inbox so you can act over time, and help you reach the agencies yourself.
The honest reason acapian can’t offer a person yet is that human help takes humans. The way we get there: people who were helped choosing to help back. If an agency here supported you — directly or indirectly — consider volunteering there. We’re training volunteers with AI so a few hours goes further, and building a volunteer network so future requests can reach a real person.
A note on honesty: acapian never marks a place “safe,” never invents a resource, and never puts itself between you and emergency services. Where a real closed-loop referral network exists, we hand off to it; where one doesn’t, we still give you the best real contact we can find and a way to escalate so your request doesn’t vanish. If we get something wrong, tell us.
